Dmc threads are anti-pilling. There is a key point to prevent pilling during cross stitching: Using short thread pieces. Long thread pieces can become deformed due to contact to fabric continuously.
You need to use smooth soap to wash your embroidery. After washing, dry your embroidery with cotton fabric or towel. While drying, put the towel on a fixed point. If you move the towel, your embroidery can become deformed. All stages are performed on a flat surface. It is a good idea to iron the embroidery after all. To iron the embroidery, put a wet towel on the embroidery and iron it from reverse. Also be careful about your fabric type and care instructions.
